How do I book a podcast studio?
Booking can be done through our website where you can select your preferred date and time slot, and complete your reservation online.

What equipment is available in the studio?
Studio is equipped with high-quality cameras, microphones, headphones, sound mixing boards, and recording software.

How do I get the files after filming?
Please bring your flash card or hard drive and we will transfer all raw files right after filming. 1 hour will be approximately 100Gb in total.

What time do I have to be there?
Please come 10 minutes before your reservation.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. If you need to cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the recording, the studio reserves the right to retain 50% of the booking cost.

Do you provide any assistance or technical support during the recording session?
Yes, technical support is available during your recording session to assist with equipment and any technical issues.

Are there any packages for long-term rentals?
Yes, we offer various packages for long-term rentals at discounted rates. Please contact us for more details.

Is there parking available at the location?
Yes, there is parking inside the Clover Bay building on levels B3 and B4.

What are the details of the post-production (video editing) services you offer?
10-Minute Episode: Our service includes complete editing of a single episode up to 10 minutes long. We handle audio mastering, video editing, and remove any unwanted parts. *
30-Minute Episode: Includes all features of the 10-minute service for episodes up to 30 minutes of raw material. *
60-Minute Episode: Extended service for up to 60 minutes of raw material, including detailed editing. *
120-Minute Episode: Comprehensive editing for long-form content up to 120 minutes of raw material. *

*Editing includes minor color correction, audio and video mixing, switching between cameras, and cutting out pauses and unsuccessful moments. The cost of editing does not include infographics, musical arrangements, or the insertion of any images/photos. After the initial edit, you will receive a lightweight version of the video for approval and will be able to make revisions. For example, you can indicate which moments need to be cut by specifying the minutes and seconds, like this: 12:30-13:47.
