1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Dragon Digital MF&PER LLC, trading as Podcast Corner Dubai, International Business Tower, Office 906, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. By booking or using our services, you agree to this Agreement.

2. Services Offered

Podcast Corner Dubai offers podcast production and post-production services, studio rental, technical support, live-streaming, and content consulting. Our team works with professional equipment and provides a turn-key solution for podcast and video creators.

All services are listed on this website with a description and a price in UAE dirhams (AED). The price of each booking is shown before you confirm it.

3. User Registration

To complete a booking, users are required to provide their full name, WhatsApp number, and email address, and to review and agree to these Terms and Conditions. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. Users are responsible for any activity associated with their booking and contact details.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Every booking is paid in full in advance, online, when you book — by bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other methods offered by our payment provider Stripe. The time slot is held for 15 minutes while you pay; the booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.

Card details are entered only on Stripe’s secure page — Podcast Corner never sees or stores them.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content recorded or created during a session remains the full property of the client. Podcast Corner does not claim ownership or usage rights over client materials. The studio only retains copies for backup or delivery purposes, with the client’s consent. At the same time, Podcast Corner reserves the right to publish behind-the-scenes (BTS) content from recording sessions on its social media (e.g. Instagram Stories) or use selected video excerpts for promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in advance.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Podcast Corner is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to it.

7. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled online — using the link in your booking confirmation — if there are 24 hours or more before your session. If less than 24 hours remain, please contact our administrator directly.

  • Cancellations or reschedules 24+ hours before the session: free of charge — the payment is refunded in full.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session: the studio retains 50% of the booking cost; the other 50% is refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the same card or payment method that was used for the payment, within 10 business days of the cancellation or of the refund being approved. The time it takes for the money to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

If a payment arrives after the 15-minute hold has expired and the time slot has already been taken by another client, the payment is refunded in full.

Exceptional Circumstances

A full refund or free rescheduling may be granted, subject to review, in case of a medical emergency, the death of an immediate family member, a natural disaster or severe weather, a technical failure on the studio’s side, or a cancellation initiated by the studio. Please contact our administrator as soon as possible — each case is reviewed individually.

These policies help the studio operate smoothly for all guests. Late cancellations make it impossible for other clients to book that slot, which is why the 24-hour rule exists.

8. Service Delivery Policy

Podcast Corner provides services, not physical goods — nothing is shipped.

  • Studio rental, recording and live streaming are provided in person at the studio (International Business Tower, Office 906, Business Bay, Dubai) on the date and at the time of your booking, with a studio operator.
  • Raw files are shared through our cloud storage within 24 hours of the session at no extra cost. If you bring your own drive, we copy them right after the recording (about 100 GB per hour with three 4K cameras).
  • Edited episodes are delivered as agreed, with two rounds of revisions.

We keep a backup of your raw files for 14 days after the session.

9. Extension Policy

Each studio booking includes a fixed time slot (e.g. 10:00 to 11:00). An extra 30 minutes after it is reserved for the studio to transfer files and prepare for the next guest — it is not part of your rental. Your paid time begins exactly at the scheduled start, and recordings must finish within it. You may extend your session only if the studio is available; extra time is charged per minute at the hourly rate.

Example:

If 1 hour costs AED 370 and you extend by 10 minutes, the additional charge is: AED 370 / 60 × 10 = AED 61.67

10. Limitation of Liability

Podcast Corner is not liable for any losses or damages, including those due to delays, file corruption, or technical failures. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Any issue will be addressed through open communication, and the studio will always make every effort to find a fair solution.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold Podcast Corner harmless from any claims or damages resulting from misuse of the studio, violation of these terms, or any illegal content recorded on our premises.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with business licensing issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by the courts of Dubai in accordance with applicable UAE law.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
