1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Dragon Digital MF&PER LLC, trading as Podcast Corner Dubai (“we”), International Business Tower, Office 906, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, processes personal data of the people who visit dubai.podcastcorner.studio, book our studio and use our services. We are the controller of this data.

2. What data we collect

  • Booking details: your name, email, WhatsApp number, Telegram username (optional), your comment, and the set, service, date and time you book.
  • Payment details: online payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status, the amount and the last digits of the card. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email.
  • A small cookie after you book (your first name and the set you chose), so this website can greet you and offer the same set next time. It holds nothing else and expires after a year.

3. Why we use it

  • to create, confirm, reschedule and cancel your bookings;
  • to send the confirmation, reminders and booking changes by WhatsApp and email;
  • to take payments and make refunds;
  • to answer your questions and deliver your files;
  • to keep the records required by UAE law.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

  • Stripe — online payments and refunds;
  • Resend — delivery of booking emails;
  • WhatsApp and Telegram — messages about your booking;
  • our hosting provider — the servers our website and booking system run on (in the EU).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. We disclose data to public authorities only when the law requires it.

5. Your recordings

The content you record belongs to you. We keep a backup of your raw files for 14 days after the session, and then delete it. Behind-the-scenes content is used as described in our Terms & Conditions, unless you ask us not to.

6. How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as UAE accounting law requires. Other data is kept while we need it to serve you, and deleted or anonymised after that or on your request.

7. Security

The website and booking system work only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to client data is limited to the studio staff who need it for your booking. Card data is handled only by Stripe, on its PCI DSS–compliant page.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us and we will reply within 10 business days.
